Sticky Carrot & Stem Ginger Cake
Our best-selling, award-winning cake is definitely a favourite of all ages. Moist and fruity with a refreshing ting of stem ginger.
It tastes great with a cup of tea or coffee, but is especially good warmed up and served with custard for an easy melt-in-the-mouth pudding. Mums-to-be, try this to combat morning sickness and be amazed!
350g loaf cake. Freezes well.
Carrots (23%), Sugar, Rapeseed oil, Organic wheat flour, Free range eggs, Stem Ginger (9%), sultanas, Bicarbonate of soda.
