Olde Fashioned Christmas Cake
Delicious, moist fruitcake infused with brandy for a truly luxurious Christmas treat. Made the old fashioned way to my grandmother’s recipe, then ‘fed’ with brandy over several weeks to ensure a Christmas treat you will want to enjoy all year round. Topped with glacé fruits and nuts, or with marzipan and fondant icing. Presented in an attractive tin, these cakes make an excellent gift for anyone with discerning taste.
Other sizes made to order. Order by 16th November 2012 to allow time for the cake to be ‘fed’ with brandy and to ensure delivery by Christmas.
