Luxury Fruit Cake
Moist, fruity and full of flavour, this luxury, award-winning fruitcake is made the old fashioned way with real butter, juicy vine fruits and glacé cherries.
Decorated with more glacé fruits and finished with an apricot glaze. Relax and unwind with your favourite drink and a piece of this cake, or try it with a glass of port after dinner.
550g loaf cake.
Cake: Dried mixed fruit (raisins, sultanas, apricots, currants), local organic wheat flour, sugar, Somerset butter, local free range eggs, glacé cherries, black treacle, mixed spices, bicarbonate of soda.
Topping: Glacé cherries, glacé pineapple, apricot jam (Glucose-fructose syrup, apricots, sugar, citric acid, pectin, sodium citrates, potassium sorbate, flavouring) water
